• Lead and scale a team of Legal Engineering Managers serving Harvey's law firm customers.
• Build systems and processes for scalable Legal Engineering.
• Partner with Product, Eng, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations to drive execution.
• Act as a trusted advisor to law firm leaders and senior stakeholders across Harvey.
• Drive organizational performance through planning, resource management, and talent development.
• Help define the future of Legal Engineering and Harvey's partnerships with leading law firms.

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with 9+ years PQE.
• Experience at top law firm or in-house at F500/leading tech co with client-facing experience.
• Experience leading managers and manager-led organizations.
• Proven ability to scale high-performing teams in fast-paced settings.
• Experience owning organizational systems, processes, operating models.
• Strong cross-functional partnerships and stakeholder results.
