🎯 Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with 9+ years PQE.
• Experience at a top-tier law firm or in-house at F500/leading tech company with client-facing experience.
• Experience leading managers and manager-led organizations.
• Demonstrated success building and scaling high-performing teams in fast-paced environments.
• Deep understanding of law firm operations, legal workflows, and legal tech landscape.
• Strong cross-functional partnerships and executive stakeholder management.
