Head of AML & CTF (PCF-52), Payward Europe Solutions Ltd

📋 Description

• Lead and maintain AML/CFT framework per regulatory requirements.
• Act as senior accountable officer for AML/CFT governance, oversight and escalation.
• Develop, implement and review AML/CFT policies, standards, and controls.
• Oversee enterprise-wide AML/CFT risk assessment and reporting.
• Design and oversee AMLR controls for EU Regulation 2024/1624.
• Partner with the business to bring products to market quickly.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in crypto/fintech with high volume transactions.
• Significant AML/CFT or regulatory compliance experience.
• PCF-52 experience with a VASP or financial services firm.
• Strong knowledge of Irish and EU AML/CFT laws and guidance.
• Experience designing and overseeing AML/CFT frameworks using technology.
• Proven ability to engage regulators, senior management, boards, and audit.
• MiFID II/Market Abuse Directive experience (Nice to have).
