📋 Description

• Apply PSI's AI and physics to solve real commercial problems.
• Build and lead the Applied AI organization; hire the founding team.
• Own end-to-end customer delivery; scope, model, simulate, and ship.
• Own interfaces to make research usable by customers.
• Partner with GTM; define credible promises; escalate when at risk.
• Stay hands-on as a player-coach; set the bar for shipped work.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years applying ML and simulation to real-world problems with customer-facing teams.
• 3+ years direct people management: hiring, reviews, career development.
• Proven track record building a customer-facing technical function from scratch.
• Strong applied ML and computational grounding; physics/engineering literacy.
• Experience owning tools/interfaces that deliver to customers.
• Motivation for commercial problem-solving with real science.
