🎯 Requirements

A technical background in a STEM field with experience evaluating technical competency.
Expertise in assessment design: item writing, scoring, standard-setting, validity, reliability
Ability to translate data/AI skills into certification measures.
Experience with agentic AI systems and building AI automation (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Replit).
