Head of Audio & MIT – Blue Man Group North American Tour

📋 Description

• Lead Audio Dept to achieve the desired creative effect.
• Oversee sound console ops for performances and rehearsals.
• Maintain knowledge of all sound equipment for safe operation.
• Mentor MIT and Audio team in setup, calibration, maintenance.
• Implement daily inspection and maintenance; show-ready at each call.
• Coordinate with performers for safe listening and in-ear mixes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Audio Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years live sound for touring/large productions.
• Advanced knowledge of digital mixing consoles, RF, and in-ear monitoring.
• Experience leading or managing technical teams in touring.
• Familiarity with Blue Man Group production is a plus.
• Must travel domestically Nov 2026–Dec 2026; US employment eligibility.
