📋 Description

• Own the full BD pipeline from top-of-funnel to close
• Build a repeatable growth engine: content, research, distribution
• Close enterprise partnerships for LATAM/Africa payout rails
• Manage and grow existing strategic accounts
• Own the AI BD agent: define plays, test, fix, expand
• Automate enterprise workflows to remove manual steps

🎯 Requirements

• Has closed enterprise or B2B deals (fintech/payments a plus)
• Built growth systems: content engines, outbound sequences, partner programs
• Can work with APIs, AI agents, and workflow tools (n8n, Make)
• Comfortable speaking with CFOs and debugging webhooks/integrations
• Strong thesis on driving top-of-funnel growth
