📋 Description

• Set the brand direction across product, marketing, recruiting, and touchpoints.
• Lead and grow the Brand team; recruit designers and raise performance.
• Build the AI layer for Brand; automate production and empower non-designers.
• Create the Brand operating system: briefs, intake, reviews, decision-making.
• Partner with Creative Directors across Growth, Demand Gen, and Customer Marketing.
• Lead by making: concept development, art direction, brand identity.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in brand design and creative leadership.
• Portfolio shaping identity systems, campaigns, or evolutions you led end-to-end.
• Proven AI in creative production; shipped AI-assisted brand work.
• Track record building high-performing creative teams.
• Strong operational instincts with scalable processes.
• Craft in typography, color, layout, motion, and visual identity.
