• Demonstrated experience taking a brand from an early stage through a period of growth, with

• Experience positioning a brand against significantly larger competitors.
• Ability to define creative direction and maintain high standards while remaining hands-on in the
• Experience building and leading creative teams, including establishing an effective balance between
• Strong understanding of brand identity, storytelling, messaging, visual communication, and campaign
