🎯 Requirements

10+ years in BD/partnerships/corp dev/M&A/strategy
Deep crypto/fintech knowledge with strong Solana network
Proven track record influencing executive decisions and driving action
Meaningful deal experience across partnerships and/or M&A
Cross-functional operator across Product, Engineering, Ops, Marketing, and Finance
Strategic negotiator in deals with decentralized protocols and regulated financial players
