🎯 Requirements

5+ years in crypto exchanges, brokerages, or regulated venues; 3+ years owning a business line.
Direct experience with VASP/MSB licensing regimes and regulatory exams.
Knowledge of exchange mechanics: order books, matching, market making, margins.
Hands-on crypto operations: custody, wallets, reconciliation, on-chain settlement.
Experience selling and solving B2B infrastructure to institutional counterparties.
Track record managing vendor contracts at commercial scale.
