📋 Description

• Set Zip data strategy and vision across data ecosystem
• Lead BI and GTM analytics with executive dashboards
• Architect AI data foundations for automated outputs
• Own the business single source of truth and metrics
• Partner with Product Data Engineering for integration
• Build and scale a high-performing analytics team

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in data analytics/BI; 5+ years in leadership
• Deep B2B SaaS metrics, CRM and billing data
• Modern Data Stack expert: dbt, Looker, Tableau, Sigma
• Cross-functional partner with GTM, Finance and Eng
• Executive presence translating data to C-level narratives
• IPO/data diligence experience is a plus
