🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in operations, including large fintechs or regulated institutions.
• Proven experience leading and building a business ops function and team.
• Track record turning ambiguous strategy into operating systems with KPIs.
• Deep fluency in payments ops: trade/settlement, revenue, finance, regulatory.
• Comfort with global, multi-jurisdiction complexity (US, UK, UAE, EU, India).
• Strong data and financial fluency; make decisions from numbers and reporting.
