📋 Description

• Lead strategic initiatives: business planning, org design, UK operating model.
• Translate objectives into execution plans, rhythms and milestones.
• Develop and track KPIs for regulatory readiness, delivery, costs and risk.
• Support the local CEO and leadership on strategic planning and execution.
• Lead UK commercial strategy: market positioning, client acquisition, growth opportunities.
• Own day-to-day delivery across cross-functional workstreams and resolve challenges.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-10+ years in ops/strategy in crypto/fintech; degree in business/finance.
• Fast-paced, high-performance, entrepreneurial mindset.
• Proven track record building/scaling digital assets or fintech businesses.
• Strong P&L ownership and revenue growth via pricing, product, and funnel.
• Hands-on operator, comfortable with day-to-day delivery in lean teams.
• Deep knowledge of UK crypto and digital assets landscape.
