Head of Business Operations

📋 Description

• Build and run the company operating model (forecasting, planning, cadence)
• Translate priorities into measurable operating plans with leaders
• Drive metrics, processes, and reporting to improve execution
• Improve cross-functional coordination between GTM, Product, and Leadership
• Architect scalable operational systems across Finance, People, and Recruiting
• Define ownership and vendor management for in-house vs outsourced

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Business Operations, BizOps, or Startup Operations
• Experience at a high-growth SaaS company (Series B–D preferred)
• Track record building systems and processes from scratch
• Experience implementing finance, HR, or operational systems
• Familiarity with SaaS metrics and operating models
• Exceptional problem solving and operational thinking
• Strong cross-functional communication
• Highly organized with execution discipline
