Head of Business Systems & Operations

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end systems and data architecture across Salesforce, NetSuite, Workato, and BI.
• Lead transition of systems ownership into Business Ops; establish governance and data-roadmap across Finance, GTM, Product, Customer.
• Set technical direction; define BI architecture, ownership model, and roadmap.
• Evolve architecture so core processes have clean data and reliable automation.
• Establish AI governance to embed AI into workflows: forecasting, insights, health, billing.
• Define and enforce master data management and integration standards across all systems.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in B2B SaaS leadership (Business Systems/RevOps) with 3+ years leading a team.
• Deep Salesforce and NetSuite expertise; proven integration design and evolution.
• Strong iPaaS (Workato preferred) and modern BI tooling.
• Design/operate closed-loop architecture (Q2C, L2R, lifecycle) across multi-entity/currency.
• Hands-on in last 12 months; can detail configurations, automations, data models.
• Robust data governance and MDM with clear ownership, lineage, quality.
