📋 Description

• Own end-to-end systems and data architecture linking Salesforce, NetSuite, Workato, and BI.
• Lead transition of systems ownership into Business Operations; establish governance & roadmap.
• Set technical direction; define BI architecture, ownership model, and roadmap.
• Evolve architecture for clean data and reliable automation.
• Establish AI governance to embed AI into workflows with measurable efficiency gains.
• Define and enforce master data management and integration standards.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in Business Systems/RevOps/BizTech leadership in B2B SaaS; 3+ years leading a team.
• Deep Salesforce and NetSuite expertise; proven integration design and evolution.
• Strong iPaaS (Workato preferred) and modern BI tooling experience.
• Design/operate closed-loop architecture across quote-to-cash and lead-to-revenue.
• Hands-on in last 12 months; can cite configs, automations, data models.
• Robust data governance and MDM with ownership, lineage, and quality.
• Proven track record delivering complex cross-functional systems end-to-end.
• Excellent stakeholder management with Finance and GTM; translate tech into business impact.
