📋 Description

• Own end-to-end systems and data architecture across Salesforce, NetSuite, Workato, and BI.
• Lead governance and roadmap for trusted, timely data across Finance, GTM, Product, and Customer teams.
• Define the go-forward BI architecture and ownership model.
• Evolve architecture to ensure clean data and reliable automation across core processes.
• Establish AI governance to embed AI into workflows with measurable efficiency gains.
• Build and lead a small, high-performing systems and operations team; manage external partners.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in BizTech leadership in B2B SaaS.
• At least 3 years leading a function or team.
• Deep expertise across Salesforce and NetSuite; integration design.
• Strong iPaaS (Workato preferred) and modern BI tooling.
• Hands-on recently; configurations, automations, data models.
• Robust data governance and master data management discipline.
