📋 Description

• Remote role: Own end-to-end systems and data architecture across Salesforce, NetSuite, and Workato.
• Lead transition of systems ownership into Business Operations; set governance and roadmap.
• Set technical direction; define go-forward BI architecture and ownership model.
• Build and evolve architecture with clean data and reliable automation.
• Establish AI governance to embed AI in forecasting, pipeline, health, and billing.
• Define and enforce master data management and integration standards.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in Business Systems/RevOps/BizTech leadership in B2B SaaS; 3+ years leading a team.
• Deep Salesforce and NetSuite expertise with proven integration design and evolution.
• iPaaS (Workato preferred) and modern BI tooling experience.
• Design/operate closed-loop architecture across quote-to-cash and lead-to-revenue in multi-entity/multi-currency.
• Hands-on in the last 12 months; cite configured systems, automations, or data models.
• Robust data governance and master data management discipline with ownership, lineage, and quality.
