📋 Description

• Own end-to-end systems and data architecture across Salesforce, NetSuite, Workato, and BI.
• Lead transition of system ownership into Business Operations with governance and a roadmap.
• Set technical direction; define BI architecture, ownership model, and roadmap.
• Evolve architecture to ensure core processes have clean data and reliable automation.
• Establish AI governance to embed AI into workflows and decision-making.
• Define and enforce master data management and integration standards.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in Business Systems, RevOps, or BizTech leadership in B2B SaaS; 3+ years leading a team.
• Deep Salesforce and NetSuite expertise with proven integration design between them.
• Strong iPaaS experience (Workato preferred) and modern BI tooling.
• Design/operate closed-loop architecture (quote-to-cash, lead-to-revenue) across multi-entity/multi-currency.
• Hands-on in last 12 months; can detail systems configured, automations built, or data models designed.
• Robust data governance and master data management with clear ownership, lineage, and quality.
