📋 Description

• Own end-to-end systems and data architecture connecting Salesforce, NetSuite, Workato, and BI.
• Lead transition of systems into Business Operations with governance and roadmap.
• Define go-forward BI architecture and ownership model; lead technically.
• Evolve architecture so core processes have clean data and automation.
• Establish AI governance to embed AI in workflows from forecasting to automation.
• Build and lead a small team of systems specialists; manage external partners.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in Biz Systems/RevOps leadership in B2B SaaS; 3+ years leading a team.
• Deep Salesforce and NetSuite expertise with proven integration design.
• Strong iPaaS (Workato preferred) and modern BI tooling experience.
• Design/operate closed-loop architecture across quote-to-cash and lead-to-revenue.
• Hands-on in the last 12 months with systems configured or automations built.
• Data governance and master data management with ownership, lineage, and quality.
