📋 Description

• Own end-to-end systems and data architecture across Salesforce/NetSuite/Workato/BI.
• Connect Finance, GTM, Product, and Customer teams with a single system landscape.
• Define the go-forward BI architecture, ownership model, and roadmap.
• Embed AI into core workflows and decision-making.
• Build a scalable foundation enabling faster decisions and control.
• Lead a small team of systems and operations specialists; manage external partners.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in Business Systems/RevOps leadership in B2B SaaS.
• Deep Salesforce and NetSuite expertise with integration track record.
• Strong iPaaS (Workato preferred) and modern BI tooling.
• Experience designing closed-loop architecture across quote-to-cash.
• Hands-on in the last 12 months with systems you configured or automations built.
• Robust data governance and master data management discipline.
