🎯 Requirements

• Have 12+ years in software engineering and 6+ years leading engineers, including at least 3 years
• Have run internal-tools, business-systems or platform engineering at a company that added functions
• Lead through technical judgment: whether or not you've been hands-on lately, you can go from an
• Can walk a General Counsel, a Head of Workplace or a room of senior engineers with strong opinions
