Head of Capital Markets & Treasury

📋 Description

• Lead financing for GPU clusters, AI factories, and partnerships.
• Support debt financings and capital solutions (RFPs, term sheets, docs).
• Lead structuring, negotiating, syndicating and documenting new financings.
• Manage syndication processes and produce credit rating materials.
• Maintain relationships with banks, rating agencies, investors and external advisors.
• Design and implement risk management strategies (rates, FX, liquidity, power).

🎯 Requirements

• 8–12 years in infrastructure/ project finance or capital markets.
• Experience structuring and executing complex infra debt financings.
• Deep understanding of project finance, structured credit, and debt capital markets.
• Strong treasury, liquidity and risk management expertise.
• Hands-on, detail-focused with big-picture thinking.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
