📋 Description

• Lead Carpentry Department to meet tech and creative standards.
• Supervise setup, maintenance, and operation of scenic, deck, and automation.
• Oversee assembly and rigging of stage trusses, platforms, and flown pieces.
• Manage cue track documentation and safe operation of automated elements.
• Plan and manage all scenic load-ins and loadouts for touring venues.
• Ensure safety and reliability of all scenic structures and rigging at every stop.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Technical Theatre or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in stage carpentry or technical direction, including touring.
• Strong knowledge of rigging, truss, automation, and mechanical systems.
• Experience leading crews and executing load-ins/loadouts.
• Certification in rigging or automation preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
