📋 Description

• Create big, viral campaigns, online and offline, that put petition starters at the centre of the
• Act as the public voice of Change.org in the German media, including handling sensitive and crisis
• Lead and develop a high-performing team, coaching and providing direct feedback.
• Build AI and agentic workflows to speed up story spotting, campaign planning, media pitching, and
• Mobilise and grow a network of journalists, editors, politicians, and decision makers to secure
• Find credible voices and stories from petition starters and give them visibility to win.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8+ years in communications, campaigning, political communications, newsroom or agency.
• 3+ years leading people (or mentoring experience and readiness to lead).
• Proven track record of national campaigns in Germany that created public attention.
• Experience as an organisation's spokesperson in national broadcast or print media.
• Hands-on experience using AI in communications or campaigning.
• Native-level German (C2) and professional English.

• Salary: €95,500 annual (Senior Manager level) or €83,500 (Manager level).
