📋 Description

• Lead a team of about seven technology managers and develop their expertise
• Manage technology packages for client investment and development projects, especially in FEL1–FEL3
• Lead concept development, feasibility studies, pre-engineering, and technology selection in early
• Support commercialization of new technologies from pilot/demo to industrial scale
• Act as strategic discussion partner for clients on technology and investment matters
• Develop client relationships and identify new business opportunities with sales, project

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant master's degree (M.Sc. or equivalent) in process, chemical, energy, or bioproduct
• At least 10 years of experience in chemical, refining, process, or biorefining industry
• Strong understanding of process industry investment decisions and business environment
• Experience in industrial investment projects and early-phase development including FEL1–FEL3
• Experience in leading expert organizations or technical teams
• Proven track record in customer-oriented business development and long-term client management
