🎯 Requirements

  • Direct experience optimizing a trading/investment client book.
  • Strong quantitative skills: pricing analytics, segmentation, modelling.
  • Track record of measurable commercial uplift from pricing/product changes.
  • Regulatory knowledge: MiFID II and FCA Consumer Duty.
  • Fluent English; commercial, data-driven, full P&L accountability.
