📋 Description

  • Drive wealth segment pricing, segmentation, product and cost strategy.
  • Own full P&L for the wealth segment.
  • Lead cross-functional work with Sales, RM, Compliance, Risk, Treasury, Tech.
  • Benchmark against wealth peers and pursue continuous improvement.
  • Extend remit across all EXANTE client segments after wealth success.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8–15 years in pricing/revenue/commercial roles (brokerage/fintech).
  • Direct client-book economics optimization experience.
  • Strong quantitative skills: pricing analytics, segmentation.
  • Demonstrated uplift from pricing, segmentation, or cost changes.
  • Knowledge of MiFID II and FCA Consumer Duty.
  • Fluent English; data-driven; able to own P&L.
