📋 Description

  • Pricing strategy — set and own the pricing strategy across the wealth segment client book.
  • Client segmentation — segment the wealth book and design differentiated propositions by segment.
  • Competitive benchmarking — run continuous benchmarking against wealth-segment peers.
  • Product development — target profitable client segments with trading/product desks.
  • Cost optimisation — review and optimise the economics of serving the wealth segment.
  • Customer economics — data-driven LTV, churn and pricing experimentation.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8–15 years in revenue management, pricing or commercial product roles in wealth/fintech.
  • Direct experience optimizing trading/investment client book economics.
  • Strong quantitative skills: pricing analytics, segmentation, experimentation.
  • Track record of measurable uplift via pricing, segmentation or product changes.
  • Regulatory knowledge: MiFID II and FCA Consumer Duty.
  • Fluent English; data-driven with full P&L accountability.
