Part of the operational leadership team overseeing ANZ patient/community engagement
Build partnerships with patients, patient organisations, physicians, nurses
Co-create strategies to improve patient journey and medicine use
Lead development and implementation of patient support programs (PSPs)
Manage 3rd party PSP vendor; monitor effectiveness
Lead projects tied to patient experience (Empaveli kits, Florio app)

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in science, medicine, nursing, pharmacy or related
Minimum 5 years’ pharma/biotech experience
Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Proficient IT skills including MS Office
Valid/unrestricted Australian driver’s licence
