Head of Compliance

📋 Description

• Lead PI/EMI license application with DNB from start to approval
• Prepare and submit documents: compliance programme, AML/CFT policies
• Coordinate with legal, finance, ops, and external advisers
• Manage ongoing DNB/AFM correspondence and supervisory interactions
• Build compliance function: policies, controls, and training
• Define KPIs and governance to support scale post-launch

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Law, Finance, or related field
• Certifications: ICA Diploma, CAMS, or EU-recognised qualifications
• 7+ years in EU payments/fintech compliance
• Led PI/EMI license applications with EU authorities
• Deep PSD2, AMLD, EBA guidelines, GDPR knowledge
• English fluency; Dutch a strong advantage; strong communication
