🎯 Requirements

10+ years building software products, including leading and developing product managers
Genuine zero-to-one track record
Depth in financial crime compliance from the product side
Working knowledge of crypto and blockchain
AI-native with shipped AI/agentic capabilities
Deep executional rigour
