Head of Consolidation Accounting

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end consolidation across entities, incl intercompany and top-side entries.
• NetSuite owner for consolidations and multi-entity setup; partner with Financial Systems.
• Design and improve intercompany policy, transfer pricing, and settlement workflows.
• Partner with Tax on intercompany transfer pricing policies and settlements.
• Interface Accounting Ops, Tech Accounting, and Financial Systems for system design and close calendars.
• Coordinate the accounting close calendar for consolidation activities and deadlines.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in accounting, consolidations; Big 4 preferred.
• CPA required.
• NetSuite OneWorld with intercompany and multi-subsidiary consolidation.
• US GAAP consolidation knowledge: ASC 810/830/805.
• Experience designing and owning SOX controls with auditors.
• Cross-functional collaboration and project management; strong communicator.
