Own and enhance Kikoff's consumer compliance CMS (policies, monitoring, training).
Primary contact for bank partners; manage reporting, reviews, audits, escalations.
Ensure compliance with TILA, ECOA, FCRA, EFTA, UDAP/UDAAP and state laws.
Collaborate with product/engineering to review new offerings for compliance risk before launch.
Lead the complaints program; ensure timely resolution and root-cause analysis.
Manage regulatory inquiries and examinations from CFPB and state regulators.
