🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in content strategy/production
• 3+ years leading a content function (Head/Director)
• Fintech, crypto, or regulated digital business experience
• Full-funnel content across web, social, email, video
• SEO expertise with ranking and traffic targets
• Team leadership and cross-department collaboration
