📋 Description

• Build and own an active pipeline of acquisitions and investments.
• Build and nurture a founder/investor network for deal flow.
• Develop insights on markets and competitors to guide priorities.
• Lead end-to-end deal execution: valuation, diligence, negotiation.
• Plan integration and track milestones post-close.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, and GTM; prep board materials.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: 12+ years in IB/PE/Corporate Dev or management consulting.
• Deal execution: sourcing, valuation, diligence, negotiation, closing.
• Track record: manage multiple complex deals end-to-end.
• Judgment: analytics-driven with sound business judgment.
• Builder mindset: create repeatable frameworks from ambiguity.
• Industry: technology/fintech exposure; product/engineering a plus.
