📋 Description

• Lead long-range, annual, and quarterly planning with executive partnerships.
• Build and develop a high-performing Strategic Finance team.
• Develop financial models for strategy, scenario planning, and investments.
• Establish scalable forecasting, reporting, budgeting, and finance processes.
• Monitor metrics and translate data into executive insights.
• Partner with Product, Sales, and G&A to optimize financial outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• 8–10+ years in investment banking, PE, consulting, VC, or strategic finance in tech.
• 2+ years in people leadership; able to hire and mentor finance teams.
• Strong track record building/scaling finance in high-growth tech.
• Expert-level financial modeling; strong GAAP knowledge.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven storytelling skills.
• Executive communication and cross-functional relationship-building.
