📋 Description

• Lead long-range, annual, and quarterly planning with exec leadership
• Build and develop a high-performing Strategic Finance team
• Develop financial models supporting corporate strategy and decisions
• Establish forecasting, reporting, budgeting, and financial processes
• Define and analyze key metrics for executive decision-making
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, and G&A to improve financial outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• 8–10+ years in investment banking, private equity, consulting, VC, or strategic finance
• 2+ years people leadership experience
• Strong track record building/scaling finance in tech startups
• Expert-level financial modeling; solid GAAP knowledge
• Analytical, data-driven with strategic storytelling
• Executive communication and stakeholder management
