Head of Creative Operations

📋 Description

• Lead and grow a team of creative producers across brand, campaigns, video, events, and web.
• Build and maintain an operating model for Brand & Creative, covering intake, resourcing, and reporting.
• Define how work enters the team with intake forms, briefs, and prioritization.
• Own creative project management tooling (Asana, Airtable, Linear) and workflows.
• Oversee capacity planning and resourcing across internal creatives, agencies, and freelancers.
• Manage relationships with external production companies, agencies, and freelancers.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in creative operations, production management, or brand operations at a high-growth tech company.
• 3+ years leading teams of producers or PMs with a track record of developing talent.
• Deep command of creative PM tools (Asana, Airtable, Linear) with workflows, dashboards, and reporting.
• Experience managing complex productions across brand, video, events, and digital/web.
• Proven ability to manage agency/freelancer relationships, contracts, onboarding.
• Strong budget management and risk awareness across multiple projects.
