🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or growth
• Proven experience scaling creator programs from dozens to hundreds
• Strong analytical skills and track record of measurable outcomes
• Experience working with agencies and internal partners
• Comfortable in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment
• Experience managing budgets and optimizing ROI
