• Oversee RecOps Consulting engagements to drive value
• Lead Academy content and digital programs aligned to customers
• Unify RecOps, Academy, and Product Enablement under one operating model
• Manage ICs and early leaders; build leadership layer as scale requires
• Represent CE externally via webinars and events; feed insights back to product
• Partner with GTM teams to teach, demo, and demonstrate Ashby’s value

• LMS strategy and implementation
• Academy program development and content strategy
• RecOps consulting and client engagements
• Stakeholder mgmt across CS, Sales, Product, Marketing
• Public speaking and external representation
