📋 Description

• Own implementation performance for enterprise and mid-market customers.
• Evolve implementation methodology for consistent, repeatable delivery.
• Maintain visibility across active implementations using delivery data.
• Act as senior escalation point for complex or at-risk implementations.
• Partner with Sales and Solutions Engineering to improve handovers.
• Lead and develop Customer Onboarding and DevOps Architecture teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading Implementation or Professional Services in B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record evolving delivery methodology across customer types.
• Experience working with professional services or delivery partners.
• Comfortable in pre-sales conversations with senior stakeholders.
• Understanding of implementation impact on adoption and retention.
• Strong people development and leadership capability building.
