📋 Description

• Build and lead TRM's cyber mission practice.
• Identify high-impact cybercrime and resilience challenges.
• Define delivery models and ensure operational credibility.
• Lead end-to-end mission programs with customers.
• Report to the CEO and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Launch and scale new engagements into repeatable programs.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of cyber experience with credibility.
• Personal ownership of multi-million engagements.
• Deliver on mission outcomes with staffing and timelines.
• Founder-like ability to build programs and teams.
• Private- and public-sector fluency; U.S. government experience.
• Moderate technical fluency to assess TRM tech with customers.
• Exceptional executive communication and thought leadership.
• AI fluency; apply AI to research and proposals.
