Head of Cyber Security

📋 Description

• Define and execute the cybersecurity strategy.
• Lead and develop the Cyber Security team.
• Oversee Security Operations, Incident Response, Threat Detection, and Vulnerability Management.
• Drive Cloud Security, Application Security, and DevSecOps across the organization.
• Strengthen security architecture and protect critical infrastructure.
• Embed security into the software development lifecycle and automate processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in Cyber Security, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong background in Security Engineering, Operations, Cloud Security, or DevSecOps.
• Hands-on Incident Response, Threat Detection, Vulnerability Management, and Security Architecture.
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS and/or GCP).
• Experience in fintech, banking, payments, or other highly regulated industries preferred.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across engineering.
