Significant experience leading cyber security operations within a complex and/or international
Experience leading or redefining a SOC, including working with managed security service providers
Strong technical knowledge across SIEM, threat detection, incident response, threat intelligence
Experience handling major cyber incidents and confidently advising senior executives
Broad understanding of enterprise security, including cloud, identity, networks, endpoints
Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on technical judgement
