Head of Data

📋 Description

• Own and define company-wide Data & AI strategy aligned with business goals
• Lead and scale analytics, data engineering, and data science teams
• Champion AI/ML initiatives to drive smarter, automated product
• Collaborate with leaders to make data accessible, actionable, and impactful
• Guide analytics architecture, platforms, infrastructure, and tooling
• Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance to build trust

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in data leadership (Head of Data or senior role)
• Strategic thinker with data-driven growth and operational focus
• Excellent communication; align leadership and technical teams
• Deep AI/ML understanding with PoCs and pilots experience
• Experience scaling data teams (hiring, mentoring)
• Familiar with modern data architecture; bonus with GCP/BigQuery/Looker/DBT
