🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in data roles; 3+ years leading data teams.
• Deep SQL and dbt expertise; review complex models.
• Design/operate modern data platforms: ingestion, warehouse, analytics, monitoring.
• Strong data engineering concepts: orchestration, incremental processing, reliability.
• Design scalable data models with documentation, ownership, testing.
• Translate business goals into metrics for growth, retention, revenue.
