📋 Description

• Lead the Data Science team and balance hands-on work with management.
• Architect, develop, and deploy ML systems to production when needed.
• Align data strategy with business goals with Product and senior leaders.
• Design and run experiments; analyze structured and unstructured data.
• Recruit, mentor, and grow data talent; set goals aligned with business.
• Promote a data-driven culture and advocate data and AI value.

🎯 Requirements

• 4-5 years leading data science teams.
• Deep ML concepts: regression, classification, clustering, neural nets; explainability.
• Statistical rigor: experimental design, optimization, causal inference for AB testing.
• Production ML: deploying and maintaining ML systems with engineering best practices.
• Proficient in Python and software engineering practices.
• Nice-to-have: LLMs (RAG/fine-tuning), LangChain/LangGraph; MSc/PhD; English fluency; startup experience.
