• Experience developing multi-disciplinary data teams and roadmap.
• Define AI/ML-driven analytics and evaluate LLM tooling.
• Deep expertise in SQL and data modelling.
• Strong background with cloud analytics platforms and dbt.
• Experience establishing data governance and quality standards.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and define metrics.
